Barland were tasked with fully refurbishing the Belper-based chippy to revitalise their restaurant. The result is a fresh, modern chip shop restaurant in white and sky blue complimented by black & white prints of the fishing and chippy industry hanging on the walls.

The tiled walls and floor add a smart, clean appearance with additional practical benefits, whilst spot and hanging ceiling lighting helps to create a bright atmosphere for diners to enjoy their meal in.

The script adorned glass doors and windows allow for complete transparency within the restaurant whilst reaffirming the bright cleanliness of the fish bar.

Since re-opening, customers have reacted positively to the King Street Fish Bar’s new appearance and the restaurant continues to be a success.
