Ocean Fish Bar and Restaurant – Cleethorpes This is a three phase development to modernise this large well established large fish takeaway and restaurant. Again we conducted a number of site visits and went through a concise consultation period during which, we were able to agree the three key stages for this development, the actual budget costings, timescales and the 3D visual design detailing the proposed finishes. We started work in January 2016 working to a 10 day deadline to undertake the first two phases. Phase one was the modernisation of the customer area in the takeaway. A new ceiling with modern lights was fitted and once again we installed a unique bulkhead incorporating additional lighting to provide a well-lit customer area.

A designed feature area for a large fridge with a television above was fitted with mosaic tiles. To complete the customer area a unique steel fabricated customer seat was designed and installed. The walls were fitted with wood cladding and complimentary wall paper and floor tiles to meet with our client’s colour scheme. A contemporary new shop front was installed with external signage and complimentary mosaic tiles to provide a modern and welcoming establishment. Phase two was the modernisation of the Wet Preparation room, this included fitting new mains drainage, wiring, contemporary Resin floor and Hygienic wall cladding. The deadline was met and the very popular Ocean Fish Bar and Restaurant was able to re-open as scheduled, to the delight of its many regular customers. Phase three of this development is scheduled for January 2017, when we will be modernising the Restaurant and Bar.
